ĒAROS means “spring” in modern Greek. For us Spring means revival of nature. Just like nature is reborn during spring, so came the idea up of reviving an old 5 store industrial warehouse of the 70’s, that was unused for several years. Α purely industrial building was transformed into 12 furnished apartments for rental, in order to revive and connect the past with the future.

ĒAROS Urban Living with its practical modern studios offers comfort and ideal conditions of accommodation. Located at the same distance between the historical center of Athens and the Athenian riviera (seaside), with easy access to all four sides of Attica, will cover your needs, whether your stay is for pleasure, business, or other reason.
